The concept of tech stewardship originated from the efforts of the Engineering Change Lab Canada, which was launched by Engineers Without Borders Canada and Engineers Canada in January of 2015. Over the first 6 years, over 350 leaders from 150 organizations contributed through core lab activities, plus there was broader engagement of over 10,000 more individuals.
With the ECL’s decision in 2021 to launch the Tech Stewardship Platform and Network, we are extending our welcome to anyone who wants to continue evolving the core concepts of TS and their application in your particular contexts. Contact us if you’re interested in getting more directly involved.
